the Price of an Orthodontist

The price I was quoted to get my son's braces was 3500 dollars. I know it sounds like a lot, but that fee included the cost of everything it would take to straighten out his teeth for 3 years. Included was the braces themselves including the brackets and wiring and the rubber bands when he needs them to correct his overbite in the future. That was the physical equipment. The most important aspect was the monthly orthodontist visits to tighten his braces and make sure everything is going according to plan. Finally it also includes emergency visits in case something were to happen with his braces to immediately correct the problem.

So far it is going great. My son loves going to the orthodontist to get his braces worked on. From what he tells me, the employees are extremely nice and sound like they work very well with children. They also have a play room for the children including state of the art video games. In addition, they always inform of exactly what they are going to do for the day and how the progress is going.

Recently my son visited the dentist who informed us he needed braces. i price shopped for a few months and realized I was looking at paying at least $3000. The quality of service is the most important aspect when looking to get braces. This is something that is supposed to correct a problem for a lifetime, so don't try to save a few dollars by compromising the quality.
