Description of service
My car was damaged at the end of December in a collision at an intersection where another car tried to make a right on red right in front of me. The front passenger side was crumbled in severely, as well as damage to the wheel well and passenger door. They provided the cost estimate to the insurance company, and worked with them to get it all paid (minus the deductible of course).
Review of Service
The outcome, while taking longer than anticipated, was worth the wait. They did an expert job of replacing the damaged parts of the car, and repainting so that there was no evidence that the car had ever been in an accident. As I said, the downside was that it took about two weeks longer than they thought that it would, and did not provide good communication about the delay or why it took so much longer. I also had to go back to the shop twice to sign paperwork that they forgot to have me sign.
Tips
Be patient, auto body repair is a long process that often takes far longer than the quoted time. Do not be afraid to call them to make sure that they are giving you the priority that you deserve.
