Description of service
After an accident, I had the entire front right panel of the car replaced. It was paid for by insurance and used or reconditioned parts were used. Additionally, the front headlight was replaced and tubes for water and the water reservoir were replaced. The tires were then balanced.
Review of Service
We were very impressed with the extent of the service. Both the autobody shop and the insurance company were very helpful in getting the job done right with a high degree of customer service. We were given an itemized bill and were shocked to see that such a large autobody job could be completed in under $3000.
Tips
As this was an insurance paid job and the other party was at fault, and the vehicle was a lease, we did not have much say over whether used, reconditioned parts were used. However, we were very pleased with the condition of these parts and the overall cost savings associated with their use. I would highly recommend this to anyone searching for autobody repair. Also, if involved with an accident, and unless you have a preferred mechanic, I would recommend going with the autobody shop that has a developed relationship with the insurance company. I believe our customer service was exceptional mostly because of the relationship with the insurance company.
