Description of service
I was recently in a car accident where a large Tahoe hit my small two door Thunderbird. I took my car to the body shop not expecting for the cost to be worth the repair. The back tire axel was bent so that the top of my tire bent toward the car, and the lower half bent away from the car. The frame was dented, and had marks and paint missing where I was hit. All of this had to be repaired so that my car was in good enough shape to drive again.
Review of Service
The service was fantastic. I did not expect to be able to repair my vehicle, or at the most I expected it to be too costly for me to afford. However, the men at the body shop searched diligently for parts to fit my older model car. Once they found some, they promised me that my car would be as good as new in a few days. They always let me know what was going on with it. They did very well at keeping me informed. Once I received the initial quote, I was never asked to pay any more money. The body shop stood behind what they said.
Tips
Never think that your car can't be replaced, and just give up on it. Be sure to at least run to get estimates for any type of work. I did find that another company was going to charge about $500 more. Even though it seems like common sense, I have to say "Shop Around!"
