I was rear ended by a nice old lady. My car needed to have the entire back end replaced. It needed to have a new rear axle installed. Two new wheels and tires put on it. Special rotors that took over a week to arrive after being ordered. It required massive reconstruction of the body on the back end. They had to order a new trunk fitting as well as a new mat, netting cargo system, rear bumper, and even a new antenna.

The service went off without a hitch. They estimated it would take nine to twelve days and it ended up taking ten. They kept in contact with me to give me updates every few days and keep me in the loop as how the repairs were going. I must say they were very professional and I would not hesitate to bring my car back to them.

Always have your vehicle insured. Its not just the law, its common sense. A repair like this would have interrupted me without my insurance. Its also nice to have a rental car plan on your insurance for instances where you will be without a vehicle for several days.
