I have recently availed for a car repair service caused due to an accident. The services include repairing the torn right bottom side. It was already time for my next servicing when the incident happened hence I clubbed both to together and take the car to a repair center. I am persistent about handing over the car to the authorized service centers for any of the repair or servicing hence I contacted the authorized service center. They asked me to bring my car and after seeing the damages they told that it would be repaired within two days. For repairing the torn part and repainting the area it cost me 200 dollars and for the servicing they have charged 50 dollars and my window raiser had broken and had to be replaced for which they charged 75 dollars for the whole unit.

Altogether they have charged 325 dollars which I feel is quite reasonable. I had expected more since the damage seemed very huge. The servicing and the customer care that they provided are perfect and up to the standard. They have also provided me a complimentary body washes which I appreciated a lot. Before handing over the car for repair they kept a note of the items present inside the car and all the items where in place when the car was returned and nothing was missing.

The rates where quite reasonable and was much lesser than what I have expected. They asked me to take the car after 2 days and also said that they could deliver the vehicle at home. After two days they contacted me and said that the car was ready to drive and had been repaired. I went that evening to pick the car and they did not make me wait at all as all the papers where ready and I only had to pay the amount. The professional way they deal with the customer is what makes the service more preferable, reliable and perfect.

If you are opting for car repair it is always better that you provide the car to authorized service centers as they are very professional and reliable. They use only original spare parts hence you can be assured with quality services and they even provide guarantee to certain products that you change.

If there arises any problem or any default then the service centers would definitely see to the problems and provide replacement. While handing over your car for repair always make sure that you mention the authorities to avail for the insurance if the cost exceeds your limit are huge. Provide the copies of all the necessary insurance papers. Also take care to keep the bill to avail for any compensation in case of default.

While repairing your car you should anticipate large amounts as the car repair and the cost are very flexible and hence the amounts may be unexpected sometimes it would be more than what you have expected or lesser than what you have expected. Also take off the original copies from your car dash and keep the photocopies as you can avoid losing or missing of the original ones.
