Description of service
Through the mail i was supposed to learn how to sew by hand as well as using a sewing machine (which they were later supposed to suppply me with, but failed to), how to read sewing patterns, which needles to use with what threads, the many different types of stitching and when to use them, how to design clothing for men, women, children, maternity and lingerie, how to market my creations, and how to turn sewing into a home business.
Review of Service
The class was way to expensive, the pictures in the books were unidentifiable, the quizzes were in the back of each book so I could cheat the entire way through the course, I didn't receieve the sewing machine promised to me, I didn't learn a thing, though I got to keep the materials they sent me through the mail including the books.
Tips
If I could do this over again I would've skipped the distance learning sewing class all together and went to my grandmother for sewing lessons! It should NOT cost so much to learn to sew and use basic patterns and measurements.
