Description of service
Our septic tank was clearly stopped up. Our back yard was flooded with who knows what and the smell was horrible. Our toilets wouldn't flush, sinks drain, or tubs drain. It was horrible. We called a guy to come clean out our septic tank. The lines were clogged all the way to the tank. They dug up all the lines (thank goodness they didn't have to replace any), opened the tank and cleaned it, and replaced everything like it was. We didn't have to pay for any materials, tax was included, and nothing got damaged in the process. We only had to deal with no grass being left in the area where the dug everything up.
Review of Service
The service was great. We called them on Friday morning, they came and looked at it Friday afternoon, and then they began work the following day (Saturday). They arrived very early. They knocked on our door to let us know they were there, and would begin in about 20 minutes. The gentlemen were excellent. They drove directly to where they needed to be and didn't tear up the rest of my yard. They work fast and never bothered us. Before they left they came and let us know, so we could check if everything was working properly and the yard was left to our satisfaction. They were extremely knowledgeable about what they were doing, how to get it done right and cost effectively, and had the utmost service quality.
Tips
Always check around. A cheaper price doesn't always mean great service. Service of good quality is better than lousy service that could cost you more in the end. Get references. Most professionals never mind giving them out. Especially if they are proud of the work they do. Always ask them questions before they begin and get a maximum cost of the work to be completed. That way you'll know what is the most you will be charged.
