Description of service
When we first moved into our new home, the toilet flushed very slowly and it took forever for the tub to empty. Having never used a septic tank before we first tried liquid plumber. That didn't work. We finally called a service and they came out and told us that we needed our septic tank emptied. First they had to find the thing. Once they found it, they dug down several feet and exposed the tank. Then they took off the lid and sucked out the contents. Apparently the folks there before us had a drinking problem because the tank was full of miniature liquor bottles! The whole thing took about 2 hours and we've not had any more problems.
Review of Service
Very high. They knew exactly what they were doing and did it quickly and professionally. I was really surprised at how professional they were. Not nasty and dirty and stinky, like I would have expected. Nice, normal folks doing a job that you couldn't pay me to do!
Tips
Honestly, since we lived in such a rural area, there weren't many companies to choose from. I actually ended up asking my mother in law who to call and she suggested this particular company. Turns out we were related to them! Small world, huh?
