Description of service
I do not know an awful lot about cars and am a single woman, so I am very leery when needing my vehicles worked. Mostly, I like to take my cars back to the dealer when I am having issues or when I need maintenance. My Chrysler was running weird, I don't know how else to explain it. It was sluggish and it seemed like it was going to die all the time, which made me really anxious. The last thing I wanted was to have my car die right in the middle of traffic. So, I called up the shop and scheduled an appointment to have it looked at. They did a diagnostic test of the car and determined that I needed a new fuel pump, which was a relatively simple fix. They said they could have the car done the next day. The price was $220.00 for the part and labor. My car was still under warranty, so this helped with the price.
Review of Service
I always like taking my cars back to the dealer for repairs. They are very trustworthy and dependable and they had my car repaired really quickly. Since my car was still under warranty, it was not too expensive to have it repaired.
Tips
I would tell people to take their cars to the dealer when you need repairs or mainentance. They are reliable and trustworthy and if you are able, buy an extended warranty for your car, it is really worth it and can save you a lot of money in the long run.
