They had to investigate and test all areas of the vehicles electrical systems and wiring to determine what was causing the vehicle to start. Also, since the vehicle was not running that had to come and pick up the vehicle as well and tow it to their repair facility.

They were top-notch. Very thorough and reasonably priced. The cost of repair included pickup and towing of the vehicle as well as the testing and repair. It actually took them two days of testing to finally narrow down the problem and with the towing paid not much more than what it would have cost just to have other places check out the vehicle. The one and only issue I have is that a couple days after receiving the vehicle back from the repair shop we discovered that the cigarette lighter type power plugs, one of which we use regularly for our GPS device, as well as the electric adjustable seats were not working.

First, if your vehicle won't start there are a few basic things you can check before seeking repairs. Check your battery, fuses and listen for what noise or activity occurs when you try to turn over the vehicle. Also, as soon as you receive your vehicle back from repairs, immediately check it over and test out everything like power windows and seats, power plugs, and anything else electrical or related in some way to the problem and or repairs that were completed.
