Description of service
Like usual I got off the plane in Orlando and had to wait in line to get off. I had to get my luggage and wait in line, finally I had to get my rental car but surprisingly no waiting in line. I rented a 2007 minivan for my family of four. I've tried vacations with the family using a mid sized sedan, but there were just too many fights and bickering. I chose to splurge for the size of the mini van and boy was it a good idea.
Review of Service
The attendant at the desk was very friendly and welcomed me to Florida then immediately asked if I had a vehicle reserved. Luckily I had a van reserved so it was practically as easy as signing the waiver of insurance and grabbing the key. The next thing they did was a surprise to me. They brought the car to me and even helped me load he vehicle and give me directions towards our hotel. I will probably never use any other rental car agency again, because our experience was great.
Tips
Rental car company prices can greatly vary and I recommend looking for coupons and above all reserving your vehicle so it will create a shorter wait in line.
