Description of service
We paid for the minivan rental, with optional insurance. We were supposed to pay for 2 car seats each day, but because they sold out of the van we rented and were nice about it and waited 2 hours in the airport we got the car seats for free, and an upgrade on the van.
Review of Service
They did sell out of what we reserved and we had to sit for 2 hours at the airport with very cranky 9 month old twins which was not spectacular. But they did make it up to us by throwing in some stuff for free & upgrading our vehicle. We did find great discount codes online which cut the cost by 1/3-1/2 plus they gave us an additional discount for our patience.
Tips
Take go for the unlimited millage option, it will save you money in the long run. Really look over the car with a fine toothed comb before you sign off on it to take it, if you don't notice a ding or scratch you WILL get charged for it later. Be willing to compromise,they know your tired and have had a long trip, if something isn't how it is supposed to be they will make it right, and will compensate you for your time. Yelling odes not magically make a car appear for you, they know what they are doing and will fix it. Always reserve in advance, or you might not get a car at all at the airport.
