Description of service
It cost $417.99 for a seven day rental of a seven passenger minivan. It was $384.55 for the rental and they had a $33.44 surcharge. This included unlimited mileage. They had optional insurance that could be purchased, but my credit card has car rental insurance, so I didn't have to purchase it.
Review of Service
Although minivans generally cost more to rent than a four door car, they are the best choice for large groups because they have plenty of room. The price of the minivan rental was good compared to other places in our area (there aren't many car rental companies in my area). The service was great; the company even has a pick up policy, in which they come to your house and bring you the location of the rental car. This is so much better than having to have someone you know go out of their way to take you to the rental company. I also like the fact that the price included unlimited mileage.
Tips
When looking for a rental car, it's easy to compare the prices of different companies using the internet. Pay attention to the details of the contract. Make sure that you know how much mileage is included and if there are any extra charges for insurance.
