Full exterior of both front yard and back yard is covered as well as along the edges of the house. The service technician checks with me each month to see if any additional areas need to be treated and if I have seen any bugs more often. If anything happens between treatments - I can call the company and they will dispatch someone at no charge to remedy the situation. I am called on a monthly basis to schedule my appointment and I can pay when the technician is there or mail in a check. I do not need to be home for the service since I just have an exterior treatment but I do need to have my dogs out of the backyard.

I had been paying double this price for the same service but after shopping around and finding out who my local neighbors were using, I stumbled across a company that seemed to care more about me at half the price. My service is directly tailored to the needs of my personal house. I have yet to see any creatures or bugs in my house. I am not pressured into getting my house treated more often than necessary.

My best advice is to shop around. If you live in a heavily populated bug area there are many companies that you can give your service too. While the cheapest isn't necessarily the best - I think it's important to not pay too much for the same service you can get elsewhere. I feel like your company and the technician need to know the areas and understand the chemicals that they are using to treat your home.
