Instead, you have to go with your gut - based on the appearance of their ad, and the customer service on the phone. We were lucky! The agent was prompt, courteous, and understood the anxieties of a first time parent with a newborn and bugs crawling all over the crib. If they can pass that test, and not overcharge you, than you have a winner.
