My service included checking the area for possible infestation and damage. Then the application of a chemical that would kill the entire colony of termites without them traveling to other areas to infest.
Review of Service
My call was answered professionally and then quickly passed onto an agent who arrived at my house when they said they would. The agent and his equipment were clean and tidy and he spoke to me in a polite and respectful manner. They checked the property thoroughly and then finding the problem area I was appraised of the situation and given the opportunity to ask questions and gave permission prior to them applying the chemical. They then gave me advise on future steps to take to not have the problem again.
Tips
If the phone call you initially make to the company makes you uncomfortable then hang up and try another company. Ask questions and be sure you understand exactly what they are doing and why. I usually opt for a local family owned company, that way I can call again if the problem persists or a new one occurs. They own the company so they want to keep you happy. Don't forget it is your property and they are there to service you.
