Description of service

Some of the floor tiles in my living room had been damaged by some heavy piece of furniture that had been accidentally dropped onto the floor. So the work involved getting a few floor tiles replaced. I had to spend $100 on the entire project.

Review of Service

I believe that the service that i got was definitely not worth the price especially because the new tiles appeared to be worse than the older ones that were still intact. I had to search for similar tiles in the whole city and finally got the similar looking ones from a retailer who still had some old stock but he sold them to me at a very heavy price.

Tips

I wish to tell everyone that when you get new tiles installed, do buy some extra tiles as a precautionary measure in case you need to get some of the tiles repaired at a later stage. At a later stage, it is very difficult to find the tiles having the same design like the ones you had used while getting the new tiles installed.

Also get an estimate of the entire cost of getting the floor repaired from more than one place as the amount charged for the same service varies among various dealers.
