Guitar lessons are usually pretty inexpensive if you find the right place to go for the lessons. My son received a guitar for Christmas, but didn't know where to start. We called around a few places we found in the phone book, there are usually a lot of places to choose from. We ended up finding a place just a few blocks from our home.

The place we found offered many different options and different times. They had something that would fit in just about everyones schedule and price range. We chose to receive lessons twice a week for two hours each day. Its only $50 per month for a total of eight 2 hour lessons a month. I would recommend that you shop around. I'm sure you can find deals like this just about anywhere.
Tips
I would recommend that if you are going to pay for guitar or any kind of lessons that you shop around for the best prices and deals. You can find locations in your local yellow pages or on the internet. I would also recommend that any lessons that you take are given in a professional atmosphere and not in someones home. Also, you can ask for references to see how other people like the service that you are about to pay for.
