I own a small Painting business. We just got a big contract to paint new houses. Fifteen new condo's. I only had 4 employees at the time. They wanted us to start right away. I did not have time to go through the hiring process. That would take weeks to get enough painters. Then i thought of a temporary employment agency. I called them and set up an account in a two days. When we started the job I called them and had them send out 4 people so we could get started right away. Painters paint in groups of two. And i had four employees. So now i had to put one new person with each employee I had. That gave me 4 complete crews.
Then from there on i would always use the employment service. I just use them to hire new employees. Or just keep them working as long as needed. The employment agencies are a god sent for small business. We can call them up when we get a big job. And send them back when it is done. But we do have to place them with an experienced painter.

In most cases they can have you a worker out in Hours. If an employee calls in sick, you can replace them.
