Description of service
We hired 2 employees for the weekend to work at our family reunion barbeque. They did things like setting up the food tables, handing out napkins, keeping the pop cooler stocked, playing with the kids, giving directions to lock up bikes - all kinds of things.
Review of Service
We have a family reunion every 5 years. Every year I plan it and every year I spend the entire time answering questions and tending to the food table. This year I wanted to enjoy myself so I hired two people to come to both days of our picnic. I paid the temporary day labor service $240 for them. The employees were great! You could tell it was a lot different than what they usually do and that they were definitely excited to do some new things. They had some great ideas for games to keep the kids occupied and really stayed on top of all the things we asked them to do, as well as doing a great job anticipating problems that might arise and preparing for them.
Tips
People tend to think of temporary employees only do business related things but they can be a great asset for personal things like this as well.
