Description of service
This service was $270 for six personal training sessions at a gym for woman in Joliet. It averages out to $45 per session, but if you book individial sessions it is $60 per session, so booking multiple sessions saves quite a bit of money. Each session is thirty minutes. The first session, you meet with a personal trainer and they go over your health history, diet, and workout history. That takes up about half of the first session, but after that, you get right to work. They basically just take you around and show you the correct way to use the weight machines and free weights, and answer any questions you might have.

I was very happy with this service. It made me much more comfortable with using the machines, and now I feel I can do it on my own the right way. Before the sessions, I was always intimidated to use the weight because I always felt I would do it the wrong way. Now I do them myself, and I know I am using them correctly.
Tips
Find a personal trainer you are comfortable with, and do not book more than six sessions at once. When you learn how to use the machines properly, you do not need to pay a lot of money for someone to stand over you. Let them show you what to do, and then let it become part of your workout routine.
