Description of service
I recieved a personal training service from a person who trains professional athletes for just $25.00 a session. The service consists of 1 on 1... 100% personal training. They help you count your reps so you know your working out properly. They teach you how to lift properly. They build a personal program just for you. If you want to train for a specific sport they can do a program that will help you. If you want to get in shape they have a program just for you. This service was extremely 1 on 1, and they are really friendly.
Review of Service
The service I received was as good as it can get. The owner has a very strong customer base from the NFL, MLB, and NHL. To be where so many great atlethes trained and for them to look at you as an equal and help me with everything was a great experiance. I only could go to these personal training sessions once a week because I was in the middle of my baseball season. I wanted to gain a few Miles Per Hour on my fastball, and they helped out a lot. I used to throw around 77-79 Miles Per Hour. Now, I can hit up to 82 Miles Per Hour because of their personal training. They constructed an overall body workout for me, and you get a good burn after everyone of their workouts. They really made me work and I loved that.
Tips
I have some tips for you... not many but just a few. 1 - Check the background of the personal trainer (i.e.
Degrees, colleges, past clients) 2 - make sure your getting what you paid for (i.e. no results after a while) 3 - A good personal trainer tells you what each excercise does for you. 4 - Travel 15-30 minutes if you have to.
