Personal training sessions. 5 week program with 1 hour of personal training per week. Total of 5 sessions. Individual sessions cost $25.00 per hour. Flat rate for 5 week program is $210.00
Review of Service
I am an avid fitness person but had never elected for a personal training session. I took advantage of a 5 session program at my local gym for a flat rate of $210.00. It was weekly and each training session is for an hour. Since I work out on a regular basis I assumed it would be the same old routine. The trainer asked me to be there a half hour early to do a simple assessment. He reviewed my past workout training. Checked my weight and blood pressure and did a simple body fat review. We started the workout by warming up on the treadmill. After about 10 minutes we started to do so simple lunges using an elastic band. After I was warmed up we went through a upper body free weight routine. Since I was experienced I appreciated that he did some routines that I don't do on a daily basis. The same for the lower body work. I do a lot of leg work but the pace and the varied exercises did make me feel that the workout was beneficial. We finished with the stomach which is always one of my week spots. I was pleasantly surprised and for the next four weeks enjoyed a really good workout and relationship with my trainer. Very much a good value even for the experienced.
Tips
Look for specials on the service. I was really reluctant to sign up for a long term program so was happy that I could buy as little as a 5 week program.
