Description of service
I purchased a program though a local personal training company which consisted of three 1 hour sessions per week for a one month period. It also included basic nutritional guidelines to help me reach my goal. The initial session included a medical assessment along with body fat analysis.
Review of Service
I enjoyed the work outs a lot. I noticed an increase in my energy level almsost immediatly. I was used to working out since I did this every day anyway, but I wanted a new prospective and a new challenge. I thought this would be a great way to challenge myself and get some outside help to push me to obtain my goals and get myself out of the box I was used to.. It worked great for me. I definitely think it was worth my money.
Tips
Make sure that your chosen trainer is qualified by checking credentials. Including but not linited to certifications, degrees, experience, background checks, ect....
It is very easy to get a personal traiing certification. Anyone can do it in one day online. Make sure your trainer has an accredited certification that requires hands on training in order to obtain it. The American College of Sports Medicine has links to all accredited programs and you can even look up members and find trainers in your area.
