Description of service
This service allowed for fitness instruction. Instruction was given with weights lifting and lifting technique, cardiovascular training, and diet techniques. This service helped increase muscle mass, reduce fat, and have healthy diet and stretching. Also, this service helps increase cardiovascular strength for everyday activities. Each training session was one hour thirty five minutes which consisted of warm up, weight lifting, and personal stretching. Each session was twenty five dollars.
Review of Service
The quality of the service is second to none. To have someone by your side instructing what you can do better and make improvements on is flawless. Always having the helping hand of a spot or someone to trust in getting training materials and other equipment is incredible. The only negative with this service is you are being personally trained and you may not like the trainer which will always vary. The price for this service has my body saying thank you and begging for more.
Tips
First, I would personally want to know my trainer to know if I could comply with his personality. Also, make sure wherever you are being trained is an adequate place to work out. Furthermore, you and your trainer should outline your goals in his service and what you are looking to improve and he should tell you how he will improve each muscle and body group for you.
