Description of service
I paid for six workout sessions with a personal trainer. This included cardio and both weight and strength training. I went twice a week for three weeks. I saw a woman who has been training for over ten years. The cardio including hiking, biking, jogging, and exercises on the stairmaster. The strength training included exercises with weights, pushups, situps, pullups, crunches, and pilates. A free pilates class was including because I purchased six sessions rather than five.
Review of Service
The service I recieved was excellent. I can really tell a difference in my weight and body shape. My measurements have definitely decreased. I can notice a difference all over. The trainer was really helpful. She was really encouraging and definitely knew what she was talking about. She even did the workouts with me to push me. I could not aske for a better trainer. She mixed up the exercises to keep things from getting old and even gave me nutritional information so that I could continue my diet at home.
Tips
I would definitely recommend purchasing a larger package of training workouts. It helps to save money and sometimes they will throw in a free class or a free training sessions. By pruchasing a larger amount of sessions it makes each session cost less. I am definitely going back to train with prices like these.
