Description of service
We have basic cable with 3 HBOs and 2 Showtimes. Our price is $30.00 but it requires us to bundle our premium cable with our home phone service and our high speed internet connection.
Review of Service
The service is very good. Our channels are clear. Every year when our contract is up we are automatically renewed at whatever their best introductory rate is. Our channels come in clear and our experience with their customer service has been first rate. Service persons show up in the time frame they give us when setting appointments. The only complaint I have is that they do try to tell us every six months or so that they won't be offering basic cable anymore and we must upgrade to digital cable. We never do but they keep threatening us. I guess it's just a matter of time but right now we really prefer the basic cable we have.
Tips
If you call to price basic cable always ask for the best deal. Then say thank you and act as though you are going to end the call. My experience is that they always have a cheaper deal they will bring out to make the sale if they think they can't make the sale any other way.
