The quality and selection of channels is excellent. We never rent movies anymore because we have so many options with the premium channels. In terms of problems and service interruptions, we have had very few problems. When there is a problem with one of the cable boxes, you are able to call customer service and have the box reset over the phone. In most cases, this resolves any service issues. The one problem we do have is with the customer service phone lines. The wait can be excessive and the service representatives are sometimes rude and not helpful. However, the basic cable package with premium channels is an overall good value.
