the Cost of Basic Hair Cuts

I went in to a salon for a shampoo, haircut and style in December of 2007. The hairstylist told me that my hair was damaged, so when she shampooed me, she used this type of shampoo that made my hair feel a hundred percent better. Then, when she actually cut my hair, she was about to get most of the damage out but I still had an awesome haircut. Then when she styled it, she used some thermal styling products on it and made my hair look better than it had in a very long time.

When I walked out of that salon, I felt that pretty. My hair had looked like straw before but when I walked out I felt I looked like a movie star. most salons I have been to didn't listen to what I wanted and just done what they wanted to. But this salon did exactly what I wanted to. For 10.00, I would say that I got a great value. I have been in to certain salons where I have paid triple that price for the same service and I have walked out of the salon in tears.

When going to a salon, look to see how the stylist has her hair done. When I went in, I made sure that I got this certain stylist because her hair was very close to what I wanted my hair to look like. Also ask questions about the products that are being used. With the right products, you can recreate the style whenever you want it. If you have pictures of a certain style you want, bring them, it helps the stylist know exactly what you want.
