Description of service
I pay $16.00 Tip (usually $4) for a monthly Haircut at my local salon. They usually throw in a wash for free. I have a long relationship with my stylist so it's an easy cut for him since he knows what I want already. It usually takes about 20 minutes.
Review of Service
I love my salon. Over the years I've just incorporated it into my monthly expenses and I really look forward to it now. My stylist has always done a perfect job and has great chair-side manner. He's hilariously funny and I would almost pay him just to go and be entertained. Due to the long standing relationship, I am often given free product and extra service.
Tips
Hair is about commitment. You need to find a stylist that will take ownership of your hair, and have a personal investment in you looking good. If you find the right person they will want you to be their walking business card and will really care how you look. Always tip well, and if you have any crazy ideas for your head it is much better to come in with a picture than a verbal idea. That way when its awful your trusted friend will tell you before he cuts it onto your head.
