Description of service
Knitting lessons, my wife and me went thru the basics of knitting learning to crochet and looking at patterns to be able to do it at home. The lessons were on Saturday they equaled four lessons total. The lessons were only about thirty to fourty five minutes long. They went from beginner to intermediate and some advanced technique. In the beginning they taught us basic stitches, minimal shaping, and very simple finishing. To the intermediate we saw how to use cables, lace and or color patterns and some of the harder stitches. To what I liked to call semi advanced, advanced techniques, stitches, and with some detailed shaping and refined finishing.
Review of Service
The course was great it was very simple and easy. We signed up at a local church that provided childcare and the opportunity to do something interesting. The best part of all was that my wife and I got to spend some time together doing something she liked without the kids. It was free and the instructions were really good we learned how to crochet blankets and some other things also which was something nice we can give to the kids.
Tips
Look around there are may places willing to do this type of service for free. The place where we found the lessons was close to home. By the way the not entirely free you do have to purchase supplies.
