The $65 includes general cleaning, but does not include laundry, taking out the trash, or changing linens on the beds. It does include vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning the bathroom (except emptying the garbage), and doing dishes that are in the sink or on the table. This service is every two weeks.

Everything works out very well, the cost of service has gone up due to increase in prices for cleaning products. The cleaners have an option where they can clean once a month, but it works out to the same price - that way they aren't actually having to work twice as hard. Every other cleaner in town is charging at least twice as much and aren't nearly as recommended. The service is great and the cleaner is willing to work with me if I need the cleaning done on a different day than normal. The schedule is pretty flexible for both of us, if the cleaner needs to clean a day before or after that is ok as well. Overall things work great.
