We had our home cleaned on two Fridays a month. The tasks that we agreed upon were: hard floors were swept and mopped; sinks, countertops, commodes and bathtubs were scrubbed and disinfected; carpets were vacummed and spot cleaned; all surfaces in home were dusted; microwave and refrigerator were wiped down; ceiling fans were cleaned as needed. We provided all cleaning supplies and equipment and this helped to keep the price lower than if the serive had to bring all of those items with them.

The quality of service was outstanding. All agreed upon services were always completed and often other small jobs were done just because they needed to be. No one was home to supervise but we had no problems with the service at all. Great way to spend $100.00 a month if you're a busy working mom. The workers who were sent to our home were friendly and courteous and really put me at ease since I'm someone who's never been comfortable with having strangers in my home.

Be very clear from the outset what tasks are included and put those in writing. Also make sure to establish if you are to provide cleaning equipment or supplies or if the service brings them. This will change the price you pay.
