Description of service
I recently pulled the trigger and decided that it was necesary to hire a house keeper. Keep in mind that $300 was a per month cost and not a one time fee. The housekeeper is usually one of two ladies who I have talked to both telling them what my cleaning priorities are. No I don't have them clean my kids bedrooms because that would just be mean. They come once per week so about five times per month. I have a list of items which they typically take about three hours to complete. They dust wherever they see standing dust, typically around the entertainment center where all the static seems to attract dust. I don't have them dust the baseboards because that's a bit excessive. They vacuum all the carpeting once per week and mop the hardwood and tile floors once per month. Every other time they just sweep the floors. The best thing they do is clean my two bathrooms and straighten up my boys play room. Meaning they throw the toys into a box.
Review of Service
They are always on time and very friendly. They don't really speak any english so that makes it a bit difficult, but it's easy to get past since they are so good at what they do.
Tips
If you have the money to splurge on this I definitely recommend hiring a housekeeper. It just gives you a little more time to be with your family instead of cleaning the house.
