the Cost of a Handyman

We got the boards replaced on a wheelchair ramp leading into our house. We also needed the door painted on a two car garage. The handyman gave us a material list of what we needed to buy and his estimate was for labor only. The job took three days to complete, one day to scrape and paint the door and two days to replace the wood on the access ramp.

I was very pleased with the service. The worker showed up on time each day and finished the job on schedule. The garage door looks like brand new and the ramp looks just as good. I was completely satisfied with all the work that he did and the work was better than I expected or hoped for. If I ever need any other repairs around my house I would definetly call the same handyman.

When you need minor repairs done at your home make sure you get several estimates and meet with the contractor's before you decide who you are going to hire. The estimates I recieved ranged from $250 to $600 for the same exact job. I did not choose the least expensive contractor but he was the one I felt most comfortable with and the results were great.
