Description of service

The price of $1200.00 was for the exterior of my house to be prepared, primed, painted and included all labor and supplies even the paint of my choice. I decided to go with a local handyman because it was much cheaper than going with a painting company. The handyman I chose was recommended by my neighbor who had him to paint her house. I was impressed with the job he did for her, so I called him and got a quote. The whole process was done within a week of the quote.

Review of Service

I would highly recommend this handyman to anyone. He not only did a great job, he did it fast considering how cheap he was. The paint looks great and I did not have to do it myself, which is always a plus. He was polite and efficient and did not bother me unless he really needed something. Great handyman! We already have a list of things we are going to have this handyman do next spring!

Tips

If you are looking to have anything done around your home, try a handyman. They are often much cheaper than specialists and also are usually very good at multiple things, so you could have them do your painting and fix a leak. Be sure they are insured and bonded though. Handymen tend to be their whole business so to speak, so insurance and bonding is very important in case of any accidents or issues that may come up during the process. Referrals from friends and neighbors are a good way to find a good handyman.
