I called up the company within ten minutes of my cable not working and I had to wait for ten minutes before I was able to talk to a customer representative. He gladly scheduled someone to come over the next morning to look at my situation. I only had to pay at $15 service fee because it was under my agreement that the first service was free. The cable company guy came into my home and went under my house to fix the wiring. It only took him 20 minutes to solve the problem.
Review of Service
I was irked by the long wait on the phone before I was even able to talk to anyone, but I do value the fact that they sent someone out the very next morning instead of making me wait a whole week before sending someone out. I was amazed at how quick the service man worked and he was very friendly. I did not really mind the $15 co-pay to get someone to fix my cable and I think that's a bargain compared to hiring a private company to fix it.
Tips
I suggest pressing 0 or the pound key when calling the cable company in order to get a live person. This will save you the trouble of holding and going through a confusing menu.
