I had to pay $50 for a service call for the cable tv repairman to come out to fix the cable tv. This cost was a minimum, with a possiblity of increasing if there were unforeseen repairs that might have had to be made. Luckily, for me, I only had to pay the $50.
Review of Service
I received pretty good service. The cable tv repairman was on time. The cable tv company gave me a timeframe window of about 3 hours of when they might be there. He came right around the middle of that time period. He was only at my house for about a 1/2 an hour. He was able to fix the problem during that time period, and my cable tv was up and running before the repairman left my house.
Tips
If you are in need of cable tv repair service, I realize you might have a lot of options because you might have to use your local cable tv repair. If that is the case, just make sure they come in the timeframe that they tell you. If they are late, then you should complain and try to get a discount. Make sure you are clear on how much you will be paying before they start the repair work.
