Description of service
Recently our cable TV went out totally! We were in the middle of a television show one minute and then the next thing we knew, the t.v. was black! The cable company that we have our service through charged us a thirty five dollar service charge for coming out to our apartment to take a look at and fix our issue.
Review of Service
It took nearly a week (a total of five days) for the company to be able to fit us into their schedual. When they did finally arrive at our apartment they were two hours later then the appointment time had been. They did fix the issue, which was something with the cable that connects from the cable box to the television. They replaced the cable within ten minutes and the system came right on.
Tips
Get an appointment that is set in stone! Really stress to the cable company that your time is valuable and you will expect to not be charged the service fee if the technitian is late or early to the appointment! Always make sure that you or someone you trust is at your home when you invite any service worker into it so that you can explain the issues that you are having and they will be able to fix the issue faster!
