Description of service
I had a cable box that was not working correctly, so i called my cable tv company and had them send someone out. It took them 2 days to get out but when he got there all he did was change the boxes and make sure they work by plugging them into the correct spots, and it worked fine so he just left in a hurry.
Review of Service
I understand that the cable company repair men are busy, but i felt a little more friendly attitude would went along way in making me feel better about the job he did. He did get the job done though and the cable box has been working properly for 7 months now. Overall i would give him a 8 out of ten because i got my cable working again in a fairly short time.
Tips
I would offer the repairmen a pop or something to eat when he comes into the home, so he feels more welcome and will go the extra length to make sure are given high quality work instead of the average "plug it in and leave" process. Also dont get into their work and asking them what they are doing it will just upset them and make them feel crowded, they are professionals and know what they are doing so just stand back and dont get in their way.
