Description of service
It is an old Mongoose brand mountain bike. I don't know how old it is, but I got it used 3 years ago.
Review of Service
The service was great. I resisted going for a while because I was a little bit afraid that the people working there would think I was pathetic for not being able to do this myself but they were very nice and not at all condescending. They didn't make fun of me either! They just told me how much a tube was and how much it would cost to fix it. $4 was a small price to pay to have it done in ten minutes so I decided to do it!
While I was waiting, the other guy working in the store explained which bike locks were best for what uses, which was helpful.
I really appreciated that no one in the store talked down to me at all!
Tips
Talk to the people in the store and see both if they seem like they know what they are doing and if they treat you well. Both are important to consider!
