Description of service

I have a rental property in Minnesota that had a 23 year old furnace. I was sitting at home and received a telemarketing call from a small local furnace company. The caller had asked if I had a new furnace and would like a free estimate, as my house was only 8 years old, I said no thank you. Then I thought about the rental property. We set up a time for them to come out and meet with my wife and myself. That was one of their requests that all the homeowners were present. The price included the removal of our old furnace and the installation of the new one along with a 15 year no questions asked warranty.

Review of Service

I was very pleased with the service this company had. The sales consultant that met with us was very professional and explained everything in detail. He was also very open giving us many different options on equipment and warranties. This was the only estimate I got, but I chose to go with them due to the non pressure attitude they had. On the day of installation everything went very smoothly. They had 3 men come to my home to install the furnace; it seemed like they were in and out in about an hour and a half.

Tips

I believe the most important thing to pay attention to would be the warranty offered by the company. If they offer a long warranty it shows they really believe in their products.
