The oncologist offer different therapies to approach cancer treatment. There are precision drugs that target specific proteins in cells that cause normal cells to become cancerous. The results can be startling and with far fewer side effects than chemotherapy or radiotherapy.
Review of Service
I just love it. The treatment appeared to be delivered in a caring manner with all aspects explained with the pros and cons detailed. Surgery removed the cancerous tissue and nearly removed all. Chemotherapy was implemented - one week on and 2 weeks off. The Chemo staff were wonderful and caring. They put us at ease and made sure that not only our physical needs were met but our mental needs also. They provided massage, special teas, and kind words of encouragement. It all helped alot.
Tips
Find a good doctor and make friends with the staff to get better service, such as fast replies to phone calls and questions. Let friends and family help out and spoil you as much as possible. Plan to take lots of naps and just focus on your own needs. You need to do as much as you can to make your cancer treatment be effective so you are healthier fast and have less cost from prolonged treatment.
