Description of service
We recently brought our late model Lexus 400H into the local dealer to have it inspected, oil changed and the 30K mile checkup performed. During the checkup they do a visual inspection of the car, rotate the tires, examine the interior/exterior for any wear/tear. We received a loaner car for the day; a late model Toyota Camry hybrid. The shop is incredibly courteous, professional. I've never had a problem with Lexus before and don't expect anything other than satisfaction in the future
Review of Service
Lexus dealers do an amazing job of making you feel glad that you bought a Lexus. They have pick-up drop-off options for those who are too busy to bing their car in. Each time we bring our cars in for their normal 5K incremental services they seam to come out running smoother than before. This is the second Lexus we've had serviced at dealerships and we have to say we've never had an incident that would make us reconsider our buying decision or make us choose an alternative to Lexus dealer service
Tips
Book ahead. More often than not the dealership service department is busy. Also, pay attention to any recall notices that may be in affect for your vehicle. You'll need to alert the dealer that in fact you'd like them to do that repair. Expect a loaner car; after all, you dropped a lot of money on your car. Take advantage of pick-up/drop-of service.
