The service they provided was great. Wait time was minimal--it was an hour and a half from when I got there to when I paid. They did not try to sell me additional services I did not need. They listened to my complaint and diagnosed the problem as an alignment issue. After they completed the alignment check, they didn?t start work until showing me the computer readout and obtaining my approval for the work. The car was in perfect alignment and they as well told me to return within the next few days of I noticed the car pulling to either side. The complimentary cleaning they provided was adequate. They moved items to vacuum the interior as well as the trunk of the car and wiped down the leather seats and dash.

Even if you are not sure what is wrong with the car, tell them at the time you make the appointment what you think it might be so they can allot proper time in the schedule. If they think it may be something big they won?t book a lot of appointments around you. Always arrive on time or a few minutes early, especially if you are waiting on the car.
