Description of service
I got into an accident, the other car crossed the center line and hit me on the left side. Luckily neither of us was going very fast however it did a bit of damage to my back drivers side tire and the back door.
The other car was pretty bruised up as well. The other driver took his car to a place a few blocks away that the cop on the scene referred him to. I on the other hand went to the dealership to get my car repaired. The man who hit me drove a BMW around the same years as mine. I ended up going to a dealership in Northern NJ. They repaired and re-painted the car.
Review of Service
The service was great, very friendly staff. The car was delivered back to me in a timely manner. But it was very costly. The other driver paid about $1200 in repairs and he had just as many damages, where as I paid 5000 for about the same work.
Tips
Be careful when driving, and although things can occur it's a good idea to shop around for car repairs. An accredited place like the dealership is great but there are other mechanics that have worked for the dealerships. Shop around for the best deals.
