Description of service
There appeared to be some problem with the wheel alignment as the steering was not perfect; it was tilted a little bit towards the left even when the car was moving straight and also the wheels made slight noise on sharp turns. For wheel alignment and balancing, you are charged as per the amount of weight fixed to each wheel. I had to pay $200 for the entire task.
Review of Service
I believe that the quality of the service that I got was exceptionally good. The total time taken was just over an hour. Before getting on with the actual task, I was shown some graphics that showed the condition of the wheels, the relative angles and more such information. This was done to tell me about the extent of the problem. I was shown similar graphics but these ones were much better than the previous ones.
Tips
Do take your car to a service station regularly. Even if there is no visible fault with the vehicle, regular check up keeps the vehicle in good condition. Always prefer taking an appointment before going to the service station; this does save a lot of time. Before making the final payment, take a test drive of the car.
