I needed to relax and try to ease some of my stress, so I decided to go to a local spa I had heard wonderful things about. I decided on trying reflexology and bought a package that also included a a manicure. The reflexology was two hundred five dollars and the manicure was thirty six dollars without gratuity.
Review of Service
The reflexology was wonderful. It seemed like a really extensive foot massage with focus on areas of the feet that correspond to areas of the body where you are experiencing any type of issues. It was totally relaxing and helped me to unwind. The therapist used essential oils that made the experience even better. I felt so pampered and relaxed at the spa! I would recommend reflexology to anyone, it really does help. The spa was beautiful and all of the employees were very professional. I think it was well worth the money I spent to experience the relaxation and peacefullness of the spa.
Tips
If you are hesitant about trying reflexology don't be! It is wonderful and if you have ever had a massage than you would be totally comfortable with reflexology. It helps you to totally relax and even eases some aches and pains. Go to a good spa though, you don't want to go to any of the shady ones where funny business goes on.
