Description of service

The service I received was reflexology. It's a form of wellness therapy which is similar to massage, but works by applying pressure to your hands and feet. I paid 45/hour which is just slightly less than a full body massage in my region, and the payment breakdown was pretty much nothing. I just paid for the service itself.

Review of Service

I thought the quality was great for the value. I was given a pre-session consultation which concentrated on where my pain was, and the reflexologist was really knowledgeable and nice. I'd say a large part of my happiness with the service was based on their attitude; of course, your mileage may vary. I have a lot of problems concerning lower back pain, and after the session I felt a lot better. It seems a little odd that areas on your feet and hands can correspond to other parts of your body, but there you go. Seemed to work for me.

Tips

My biggest tip is to talk beforehand. I think it's important to be clear about what you want out of your reflexology session. This way, they can concentrate on these problem areas for the best possible results. Also, I'd heard from a friend that this particular reflexologist was good. So there's another tip: Ask around if you can. Word of mouth/popularity often indicates quality.
